OUCO Port Gantry Crane is ideal for efficient loading and unloading of goods and containers in ports and open storage yards. These cranes, equipped with grabs, hooks, and spreaders, boast a lifting capacity of up to 40 tons, maintaining consistent capacity regardless of amplitude. The high working speed ensures exceptional productivity.
Our gantry cranes for shipbuilding are tailored for ship platforms, shipyards, and on-site operations. They excel in tasks like hull splicing and equipment mooring, utilizing hooks for lifting objects. With a maximum lifting capacity of 300 tons, these cranes offer variable lifting speeds, allowing for increased speed when handling lighter loads. Micro-actuators can be incorporated into the working mechanism to meet specific installation requirements.
For operations requiring larger lifting heights and extensive reach, our gantry cranes with higher height are designed to adapt. Although they have a slower working speed, they are suitable for large-scale operations.
The low-frame gantry crane, developed from the dolly crane, features a unique structure. The dolly is a box-shaped structure, the gantry combines a box-shaped bench structure with a cylinder structure, and the turntable is an integral box structure. The jib adopts a truss-type single jib structure, and the luffing mechanism uses a pulley group wire rope compensation. The rotary support device utilizes a standard large diameter slewing bearing, while the luffing balance system adopts a lever-live pair heavy-duty type.
